Divans
A Divan is a solid bed base with or without storage, available with either a platform hard top base or a sprung base. For those requiring the firmer feel the hard top base is possibly the more suitable choice, and likewise those preferring a softer feel would choose the sprung base option. Divan bases are also available on legs, but only without storage, and with castors for carpeted floors or glides for beds which will stand on laminated floors.

Special Sizes
Bones on Beds offers a ‘made to measure service’ to either increase or decrease the height of the bed base. Likewise the width and length of the base can also be altered, in increments of 3 inches. Any mattress purchased from Bones on Beds can be adapted to fit this now personalised base.
Zip and link sets
Zipping and linking enables you to join two single beds together. This is ideal if you require flexibility in a spare room or if you or your partner wants different levels of support or comfort. This can be obtained by using either firm or soft sprung mattresses on either hard top or sprung bases. These combinations are all inter-changeable.
Storage options
There is a wide range of storage options for both single and double divan bases, with either drawers in the base or with the Ottoman storage divan where the storage is inside the base,as illustrated below.

Bed Sizes
All Divan bases are available in widths of 2' 6", 3' 0", 3' 6", 4' 0", 4' 6", 5' 0", 6' 0" or any special size in multiples of 3". They can also be manufactured either higher or lower to suit your individual needs.
